Our Legacy project represents a development completed by Stable Oak’s founder and past partners. Although it was begun and completed as a family owned development before the official creation of the Stable Oak brand, it shows how our past experience through prior development, rehabilitation, and closing on a real sale directly contributed to the inception and values of Stable Oak.
Founder Experience and Origins of Stable Oak
Stable Oak was created after its founder, Matthew, undertook a residential development project involving land acquisition, site development, utility coordination, home placement, and project execution. This legacy project at Grant Mill Road helped shape the conception, values, and vision that later became Stable Oak Southern Holdings, LLC.
